Product grades, origin, specifications, volumes, prices, premiums, discounts, delivery windows, vessel information, terminal access and availability may change without notice and must be confirmed in transaction-specific documents. Petroleum markets are affected by price volatility, foreign-exchange movements, freight, insurance, taxes, duties, regulation, force majeure, infrastructure, security and geopolitical events. Historical or indicative information is not a forecast or guarantee.
Independent Verification and Advice
Counterparties must conduct their own legal, tax, technical, financial, sanctions, credit and commercial assessment and obtain independent professional advice. No person should rely solely on website content or informal communications when making a transaction or investment decision. Certificates, licences, inspection reports, corporate authorities, title documents and banking instructions should be verified with their legitimate issuer through independently sourced contact details.
Fraud Prevention and Authentic Communications
- Dannon does not authorise any person to guarantee returns, bypass due diligence, sell approvals, or demand payment merely to release unsolicited allocations or documents.
- Do not send funds, confidential banking credentials or original documents based only on social-media messages, unverified email addresses, messaging applications or documents bearing a logo.

Role and Capacity
Dannon's role may differ by opportunity and may be that of principal, buyer, seller, adviser, facilitator, consultant, representative or service provider. No role should be assumed. The definitive agreement will identify the relevant Dannon legal entity, its exact capacity, the parties' responsibilities, applicable fees and the extent of any authority.
Third Parties and External Content
References to producers, refineries, terminals, vessel owners, inspectors, banks, authorities, partners or other third parties do not establish affiliation, endorsement, authority or contractual commitment unless expressly confirmed in a valid written agreement. Dannon is not responsible for independent third-party statements, websites, systems or misconduct.
Limitation and Reservation of Rights
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dannon disclaims responsibility for loss arising solely from reliance on preliminary, incomplete, unauthorised or outdated information. Nothing in this Disclaimer excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits obligations expressly accepted in a signed contract. Dannon reserves the right to correct information, request additional due diligence, reject a proposal, suspend discussions or withdraw from an opportunity before execution of a binding agreement, subject to applicable law and any existing confidentiality or process obligations.
